Photis Giannakopoulos was born on New Year’s Eve 1963 in Athens & after completing his secondary education, he studied in England at the Department of Civil Engineering, UCL, University of London from 1983 to 1986 and the following year (1987) he obtained a BSc in Civil Engineering. from the QMC Department of Civil Engineering, University of London. Completing his studies he obtained a postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
He holds a degree from the European Federation of National Engineers Associations (FEANI) (since 2015) for Energy Efficiency and Certification of Buildings (Directive 2002/91 / EC) and a certified quality management systems inspector according to ISO 9001: 2015 by the TUV AUSTRIA HELLAS (2017).
He speaks Greek & English & has been a member of professional organizations, such as:
– The Register of Scholars in categories 8 and 13 (class D ΄).
– The Association of Civil Engineers (SDPM). – International Association for Water Quality (IAWQ).
– He is a member of Technical Chamber of Greece (54825)
